Walk through of the venue have been completed with plenty of rooms for the contest, refreshment, vote tally area, socialize, among other requirements.
Marketing our Division & Club Contest
$8 with Eventbrite RSVP Printout presented at the door; $10 as a walk-in.

Club Contest Guideline & Timeline
Please plan your club contests 2-3 weeks or no later than week ending September 19th to allow for contest planning. Names of the contestants need to be in by September 26th. Contest winners will compete at the
Division C Contest - October 24, 2015 (time and place to determined).
Opportunity Drawings needed
To offset the cost, we will have the opportunity drawings. Please start collecting donations (best unused items) from your club members. Do not use your club funds. It will be a fun event.
Volunteers needed
